Cesar Garcia: LEED A.P., BD+C ACCREDITED PROFESSIONAL - Cesar is currently the Director of Sustainable Design and Shareholder at Mdn Architects Inc. He has designed for a wide variety of projects, including sustainable/LEED certified projects (new construction, finish out work and historical restoration). Cesar’s passion of sustainable practices has helped to better educate his clients, co-workers and lecture audiences of the direct correlation between our carbon footprint, energy use and resources consumed; along with a new awareness of conservation, self impact of the built environment and the value of sustainable development. My philosophy is that change starts with one individuals passion to make a difference and the dedication to see it through. Life is a series of challenges that requires creative solutions, understanding the fundamental questions allows us to obtain solutions.
